What Agent Gate is

Agent Gate is a central hub for a growing suite of AI agent applications. Each agent on the hub connects a service you already use to AI assistants through the Model Context Protocol (MCP) — an open standard that lets assistants like Claude Desktop, Claude Code, and ChatGPT read and act on your data when you ask them to. Rather than copy-pasting between apps and your AI chat window, Agent Gate lets the assistant work directly with your tools. Agent Todo is the first agent on the hub, with more coming.

Agent Todo

Smart task management across Microsoft Todo and Google Tasks. Agent Todo gives you a unified dashboard for your tasks and connects them to AI assistants so you can add, complete, prioritize, and sync tasks by simply asking. Available at agent-todo.com.

How Agent Gate uses Google Tasks (via its Agent Todo product)

Agent Todo is the Agent Gate product that connects to Google Tasks. When you connect your Google account, Agent Gate — through Agent Todo — requests the https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tasks scope. On your behalf, this lets Agent Gate:

  • Read your Google Tasks lists so you can view them in the dashboard and query them through connected AI assistants.
  • Create, update, and complete tasks when you request it — directly in the dashboard or through an AI assistant.
  • Sync tasks between Google Tasks and Microsoft Todo, if you connect both, into one unified list.

Agent Todo only reads and writes your task data. It does not access any other Google service. Task data is stored encrypted on Cloudflare infrastructure and is never sold or shared with third parties beyond the AI assistants you explicitly connect.

How Agent Todo uses Microsoft Todo

The same functionality is available for Microsoft Todo via Microsoft Graph — read, create, update, and complete tasks, and optionally mirror tasks between Microsoft Todo and Google Tasks.

Who it's for

Anyone who manages tasks across multiple platforms, or who wants their AI assistant to have read/write access to their to-do list without manual copy-paste.

Your data, your control

  • You can disconnect any provider at any time from Settings in the app. Disconnecting immediately revokes Agent Todo's access and deletes the stored OAuth tokens and cached task data for that provider.
  • You can also revoke Agent Todo's access directly from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Task data is stored encrypted and is never sold or used for advertising.

Google API data use

Agent Gate's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy (Section 11).
